People Services Co-ordinator

We do this by keeping crime out, protecting children and vulnerable people and ensuring the commercial gambling industry is run fairly and openly. We are currently looking for a People Services Co-ordinator to join our team in Birmingham and support the people aspects of our organisation.
- Salary of c£24,500 per annum

As a People Services Co-ordinator, you will provide support to managers, colleagues and suppliers on a variety of HR processes.
Working as part of a wider People Services team, you will ensure that services such as HR queries, payroll, learning events and administration are delivered efficiently, making this a great place to work.
You will also manage the administration of the Learning Management System as well as supporting the administration of recruitment services and acting as a key point of contact for new employees.
Your role will also involve:
- Co-ordinating and organising information for people and suppliers
- Supporting the general administration of training events
- Dealing with system maintenance throughout the employee lifecycle
To be considered as a People Services Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Administration experience, ideally in payroll, recruitment, training and HR processes
- Experience of working with HR Information Systems (such as Sage and iTrent)
- Experience of organising events
- Experience of working with a wide range of customers and external providers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good level of Microsoft Office skills
The ability to interpret and present people data would be beneficial to your application, as would experience providing low-level advice and support to managers in dealing with policy related queries.
