We are currently looking for a 4NLC Executive Administrator to join our team in Birmingham to oversee a range of administrative tasks.

The Role
As a 4NLC Executive Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support to the 4NLC Team.
Undertaking a variety of administrational duties, you will support the PA with diary management, as well as handling incoming queries and emails and directing clients to the appropriate departments.
You will ensure that meetings run smoothly and efficiently by preparing any necessary resources and notifying management as and when visitors arrive in the building.
Additionally, you will provide assistance with documenting minutes and actions and organising travel for the team.
About You
To be considered as a 4NLC Executive Administrator, you will need:
- A proven track record of providing a quality administrative service and excellent customer service in an office environment
- Experience of minuting meetings and recording actions
- Experience of processing and handling confidential and sensitive information
- The ability to manage a demanding workload and the willingness to adapt to ever changing priorities
- To be highly organised with the ability to multitask
- A good level of IT literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly using Outlook to create meetings, tasks, scheduling and to view multiple calendars
- The ability to develop and maintain constructive working relationships across the organisation
